Termite is about Mr. B, a middle-class gentleman who boards an overnight train and has to share a compartment with a young couple. Their encounter plays out against the backdrop of a theatrical larger-than-life morality tale about the inheritance of violence led by two monkey narrators, incorporating elements of the Natyashastra, the ancient Indian dramaturgical treatise, and including movement, gesture, text and lyric.
